The honest summary: this website is made of static pages only. It has no forms, uses no cookies, uses no audience analytics and loads no third-party resources — the typefaces are served from our own domain. In practice, browsing here does not cause us to collect any personal data.
Who the controller is
iSorensen Consultoria Empresarial Ltda, registered under CNPJ 33.181.399/0001-03, is the controller of personal data processed in connection with this website, under Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

What this website collects
Nothing of its own accord. There are no sign-up fields, no login, no cart, no chat and no other collection mechanism. We install no cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts.
Server logs
As with any website, the server hosting these pages keeps technical access records, which may include IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and browser identification. These records are generated and retained by the hosting provider for the operation, diagnosis and security of the service.
The legal basis is legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX) in keeping the site available and protected against abuse, as well as compliance with art. 15 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework. We do not use these records for profiling or advertising.
When you write to us
If you send a message to one of our email addresses, we will process the data you yourself provide — typically name, email and the content of the message — solely to reply and to take the matter forward. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the communication you initiated or, where applicable, carrying out preliminary procedures related to a contract (LGPD, art. 7, V).
We keep these messages for as long as the purpose behind the contact requires and as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations; after that, they are erased.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the service (for example, hosting and email providers), limited to what is strictly indispensable, or where there is a legal or regulatory obligation or an order from a competent authority.
Security
This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the data under our responsibility against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
Your rights
The LGPD (art. 18) guarantees you, at any time and upon request:
- confirmation that processing exists, and access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data;
- anonymisation, blocking or erasure of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;
- portability to another provider, under the applicable regulation;
- erasure of data processed on the basis of your consent;
- information about the parties with whom we have shared your data;
- withdrawal of consent, where consent is the legal basis applied.
To exercise any of them, write to privacidade@isorensen.com. We will respond within the periods set out in the legislation. You may also petition the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
